UMi Achieves Re-Accreditation as a Real Living Wage Employer

UMi is proud to announce that it has been officially re-accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation for the second year running.

This accreditation reinforces UMi’s longstanding commitment to paying all employees a wage that reflects the true cost of living, ensuring they can meet everyday needs without financial strain.

UMi has been paying the Real Living Wage since April 2019, but prior to this, the company has always been dedicated to being a responsible employer, offering fair pay and treating its employees with respect. This latest accreditation strengthens UMi’s position as a business that truly values its people, continuing to lead by example in providing fair wages.
